• Account Information: When you sign up via Google or Email, we collect your email address and unique user identifier (UID) provided by Firebase Authentication.
• Payment Data: All payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store your full credit card number or CVC. We only retain a reference to your Stripe Customer ID and Subscription status.
• Usage Data: We collect data on how you use the service (e.g., play counts, favorites) to synchronize your experience across devices.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your data solely to:

• Provide and maintain the ASMR streaming service.
• Process subscription payments and manage your premium status.
• Improve our platform's performance and content curation.

3. Third-Party Services

We utilize the following trusted third-party services:

• Google Firebase: For secure authentication and database hosting.
• Stripe: For secure payment processing.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TinglePulse, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Premium Access: Some content is available only to paid subscribers.
• Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis via Stripe.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the Stripe portal or by contacting support. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period.
• Refunds: Payments are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

3. User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the service, including but not limited to: sharing your account credentials publicly, attempting to scrape or download content unlawfully, or disrupting the server's operation.

4. Limitation of Liability

TinglePulse is provided on an "AS IS" basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

TinglePulse is proudly built upon the Navidrome Music Server.

Navidrome is free software licensed under the GNU General Public License v3.0 (GPLv3). In accordance with the license, TinglePulse respects the freedom of users and the open-source community.
